If you think some of your account details are incorrect then please contact us and we will rectify the errors.

We can provide credit facilities for business, terms and conditions can be applied upon request. You can still place orders however and these must be paid for at the point of purchase on credit card. You can request a Pro Forma invoice with a bank details if you contact us through the contact tab.

We can collect a unit from you for reconditioning and return it to you in the shortest space of time possible. We can estimate cost before commencing work. We do a wide range of specials including vintage units. If you want us to collect a unit for reconditioning then contact us and we will arrange collection.

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB Cards, Switch, Visa Electron, Visa Solo at this present time.

Export customers within the EC can place orders in the same way as UK domestic customers. There is a table of delivery cost depending on your country you are ordering from; delivery costs are added per your location. If you wish to browse delivery costs, click the delivery options button. The freight charges are added at the end of the order process.

You can place an order and select country outside the European Community. We will then calculate the freight and send you a Pro Forma invoice covering the order and including our Bank details for transferring funds. Alternatively, you can ring with credit card details or request a Pay Pal invoice.
Export Orders Outside the European Community Customers
If you are outside the European community, you should send us your enquiry by e mail. We will then confirm the price of the goods and include the freight cost. You are welcome to send your freight forwarder to collect the goods on your account.

You can log on and create an account and use your user name and password to order again in future. You can save your user name and password so that when you come to use the site again you will be logged on straight away by entering your user name (e mail address) and the password you have chosen.

Once you have identified the item you wish to order you can add this to your basket and follow through to the payment stage.
You will not lose the product in your shopping cart if you leave the web site if you are an account holder. More than one person can log on to an account the basket will be shared.

You will need to log on to take advantage of any discount that may be applicable to your account. Prices are constantly changing as we try to remain competitive at all times. We have a few specialist items on our site which are priced on application. Any units sent to us for reconditioning will be priced before work commences. If you are not logged in the prices on the screen will be the recommended retail prices.

Enter the reference number off the unit you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page.
The search engine will look for a match against this number. The search engine will also look at partial matches.
If you think a cross reference is incorrect or you are unsure about what you need contact DFJ Automotive immediately through the contact page.
You can also search product through our browse button and then select the brand or application you are looking for.
The search facility will remove all punctuation marks and spaces.
Manufacturers parts numbers are used for reference purposes only.

Our stock is updated daily. If you see an item that you require but it is not in stock contact us through the check when stock is available button, its usually not very long before we will see stock again.
